Refunds

How you get your money back.

You can choose either:

• Exchange - we send you a replacement piece from the same or any other collection.
• Refund - the full amount goes back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of us receiving the return.

We do not offer cash on delivery currently. All refunds are processed to the bank account or card used at the time of payment.

Cancellations

Changed your mind before it ships?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Write to us on WhatsApp or email with your order number, and we will cancel it and refund the full amount within 3-5 business days.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You are welcome to return it once delivered, under the terms below.
