How your order travels?

• We process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Standard delivery across India takes 5-7 business days once dispatched.
• You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
• Free shipping on all orders above ₹899. For orders below ₹899, a small shipping fee applies at checkout.

When can you return?

We accept returns in two cases only.

Damaged product If your order arrives damaged, we want to make it right. Share a video of the package being opened within 7 days of delivery and we will take it from there.

Wrong product delivered If you received something different from what you ordered, write to us within 7 days. We will sort it immediately.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing preferences, or colour perception differences from screen to real life. We recommend checking the product details carefully before ordering. If you have any doubts, write to us before placing your order and we will help you choose.

Four simple steps:

1. 01 Write to us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery. Tell us what went wrong and share your order number.
2. 02 We will review and confirm your return within 24-48 hours.
3. 03 Once approved, ship the product back using our suggested delivery service. We cover the return shipping cost, no charges to you.
4. 04 Once we receive and verify the product, we process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.

How you get your money back.

You can choose either:

Exchange - we send you a replacement piece from the same or any other collection.

Refund - the full amount goes back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of us receiving the return.

We do not offer cash on delivery currently. All refunds are processed to the bank account or card used at the time of payment.
