All jewellery listed on this website is subject to availability. We make every effort to display product colours, finishes, and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen settings. Each piece is finished in gold plating over a base metal, and natural variation in finish is part of that process, not a defect.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed in full at the time of order through the payment methods available on our website.
4. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case a full refund will be issued.
5. Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹899. Orders below this amount will incur a shipping charge shown at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for the full process.
